What are your appointment timings?
Standard appointments: Monday to Friday during office hours (9-6)
Peak time appointments: Evenings and weekends

What should I prepare for a visit?
The practitioner will attend with a folding physio couch and a carry case of physiotherapy equipment, please assess there is space for these in your home, and if not, please let the practitioner know after you have made the booking so we can discuss solutions.
How long does therapy take?
A typical initial appointment is 60 minutes.
Follow ups are no shorter than 40 minutes.
Sometimes there are complex issues you want to discuss and more time can be allocated.
Can I change my appointment?
Yes, please do let us know at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time.
Are there any first-time patient discounts?
The initial assessment is often an in depth process so more time is allocated to these appointments. Expect 60 minutes, especially if complex issues arise.
